1. Do you offer returns or refunds?

We strive for your complete satisfaction!

• Unused & Undamaged Products: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll replace or refund your item.
• Final Sale Items: Customized or discounted items are not eligible for return.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from us, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@corgicandle.com with your order details. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
