1. Do you offer returns or refunds?

We strive for your complete satisfaction!

  • Unused & Undamaged Products: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll replace or refund your item.
  • Final Sale Items: Customized or discounted items are not eligible for return.

2. What are CORGI CANDLE products made of?

Our candles are handcrafted with:

  • 100% soy and coconut wax for a clean burn.
  • Premium fragrance oils that are phthalate free.
  • Cotton wicks to ensure eco-friendly performance.
  • Eco-Friendly and REACH compliant DYE

Modern, mindful, and made in New York, every candle is cruelty free and crafted with purpose.

3. How long do your candles burn?

Our burn times vary by size:

  • (7 oz): 40+ hours
  • (14 oz): 70 - 90 hours

For the best experience, trim your wick to ¼ inch before each burn. Burn time varies based on the size of the candle and follows the guideline of not burning for more than 4 hours at a time. All burn tests are conducted with this standard in mind to accurately estimate the product’s longevity.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Domestic (5–7 days), International (7–14 days).
  • Tracking: All orders include tracking details sent via email.

Note: International orders may be subject to customs fees.

5. How can I care for my candles?

Follow these tips to maximize safety and enjoyment:

  • Always burn your candle on a heat-resistant surface.
  • Keep the wick trimmed to ¼ inch.
  • Allow the wax to melt to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunneling.
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Never Burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

6. Can I customize a candle for a special occasion?

  • At this time, we do not offer customization options for our products. However, we are constantly working to enhance our offerings and plan to introduce customizable candles in the near future.

7. Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes, we love partnering with boutiques and gift shops!

  • Wholesale discounts start at 50 units.
  • Email us at support@corgicandle.com for inquiries. Put "Wholesale" as the subject for the email.

8. Where are your candles made?

All CORGI CANDLE products are proudly handmade in WNY. Each batch is crafted with meticulous care to ensure premium quality. We rigorously test our products to guarantee they meet our high standards, providing you with the best candle experience.

9. Do you use eco-friendly ingredients?

Yes, we are committed to sustainability!

  • Our wax is eco-friendly.
  • Our Candle Dye is eco-friendly.
  • We use Premier 700 series wicks. These wicks are eco-friendly and primed with soy wax to ensure a clean burn.
  • All of our fragrance oils have a CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY and are manufactured in compliance with IFRA STANDARDS. In order to ensure the highest quality with the highest level of safety.
